To Receive Credit: Loan Originators must have NMLS Unique ID number from the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) and must be on-time and in the classroom for the entire course period. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received at least 3 business days prior to event will receive full refund less a $3/credit hour cancellation fee. Cancellation notices received less than 3 business days prior to event will forfeit full fee. Return Check Fee: $25. *Mortgage Education Foundation, NMLS Provider ID#1400008 **Total Pre-licensing Education (PE) required by July 31, 2010: 20 hours including 3hrs of Federal Law, 3hrs of Ethics, 2hrs of Non-Traditional Lending and 3 hrs of NM Law. |
